先週末は とても いそがしかった！

先週の金曜日に　AAAのダンスが　ありました。　としょかんのまえで　あったから、　ダンスのなまえは　All-Nighter at Club Hes.　　After decorating the library courtyard,　とても　きれいでしたね！中国のりょうりと　チュロスと　チョコレートイチゴが　あったから、ダンスのたべものは　おおいしかったです。　
  
そして、　先週の日曜日の晩に　Morris Innで　AAA Senior Banquetが　ありました。　It was a formal event where we celebrate the contributions that Seniors in our club have made to the Asian community here at Notre Dame.  ちょっと　かなしかったですけど、　とても　たのしくて　よっかったですよ。

ハーフ

一種間前に　私は　ハーフのえいがを　見ました。　　とても　おもしろくて、　よかったと思います。　　一番　おもしろい人は　デイビッドさんだと思います。　　He is half Japanese and half Ghanaian.  He grew up for the most part in Japan without knowing much about his Ghanaian culture.  After making a visit to Ghana as an adult, he felt that he rediscovered a part of himself.  He now often goes back and forth between Ghana and Japan, holding fundraisers in order to raise money to build schools for children in Ghana.  I think his actions are very admirable.  He serves as a role model for all of us, teaching and encouraging us to learn more and to stay in touch with our roots, wherever we may come from.
